Delivery Information

Please note: The delivery times provided are estimates only, and may be affected by factors outside our control such as weather, courier delays, and seasonal demand. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, we recommend placing orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery Options & Charges

GLS (ROI & NI): – Order by 12pm (Mon–Fri) for 1-3 day delivery – €5 – Excludes weekends and bank holidays

DPD (ROI & NI): – Order by 12pm (Mon–Fri) for next working day delivery – €5.99 – Excludes weekends and bank holidays

⚠️ Note: Next-day delivery may not apply during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas). Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day.

Customs Charges (UK Orders)

All UK orders may be subject to customs and import duties. These charges are not covered by Off The Rack and must be paid by the customer directly to the relevant authorities.

Returns Policy (Online Orders)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may return the item(s) under the conditions below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition and packaging.
  • Items must be free from makeup, tan, deodorant, perfume, smoke, or any signs of wear.
  • Include your order confirmation email or packing slip in your return.
  • Items must be securely packaged. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refund Terms
Refunds are issued excluding original delivery charges, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

Allow up to 28 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Faults or issues must be reported to us within 5 working days of delivery.

Items returned as faulty will be inspected. If confirmed, we will refund or replace the item, and reimburse return delivery costs.

We do not accept returns of items damaged due to misuse or failure to follow care instructions.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

UK Returns

Please note that customs duties on returns from the UK are the sender’s responsibility. We are not liable for charges incurred on returned items from the UK.

In-Store Returns

Our in-store policy differs from our online returns policy:

In-store purchases may be returned for exchange or credit note only.

Promotional offers may differ between online and in-store purchases.
